Terms of Use
Last updated: July 13, 2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms", and, together with any end-user license they grant, the "EULA") form a binding agreement between you and Minosin AB ("we", "us", "our"), a Swedish company registered in Stockholm, and govern your use of MINOSIN — our website, apps, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use MINOSIN for your own personal or internal use. Where you download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play, this license is also subject to the applicable store's terms; for Apple-distributed apps, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the extent it is more restrictive than these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
- Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users' data.
- Upload or transmit malware, or use the Service to infringe the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Where MINOSIN offers a paid subscription, the following terms apply:
- Auto-renewal — a subscription automatically renews for the same period (e.g. monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, and continues until you cancel.
- Billing — payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and again at each renewal. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing & cancelling — you can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Refunds — purchases are processed by the app store, and refund requests are handled under that store's policy (Apple's or Google's). We do not receive or store your payment card details.
- Price changes — we may change subscription prices; any change applies to future billing periods and, where required, will be notified to you in advance with the option to cancel.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by Minosin AB and protected by intellectual property laws. The content you create and store using the Service remains yours; you grant us only the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to store and sync your data across your devices).
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minosin AB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Sweden will have jurisdiction over any dispute — except that, if you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and the courts of your country of residence that the law of your country entitles you to.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
